WOW! Where to begin?
It has been such a wonderful year to look back on.
Last January I gave my life to Christ and became a new creature ( 2 cor. 5:17) I have learned more in this last year than I ever did in a secular college for two. God deserves all the honer an praise for my accomplishments even the ones most don't see because they reside within me.
I have grown to Love and fear the Lord. My prayer daily is that His will be done in my life and that He will use me mightily.
I have learned so far that a Christian's walk is anything but easy! In fact it has been a challenge to stay on the path. But I ( with the help of God putting them in my path) have surrounded myself with fellow like minded believers that uplift and encourage me in the Lord. Other wise I would have already fallen flat on my face in the mud.
Gods true peace lives within me and I'm so thankful for that Jn. 14:27
True Peace only comes from God and as long as we are looking for it in this world and not in Christ we are missing out on Gods best.
~Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Because in the world we live in today Satan wants us to believe that there are other ways to heaven...you've heard it all roads lead to the same place. Well truth be told THEY DON'T! The reality of it is that you have a choice HEAVEN or HELL. You can either accept that there is a God, our Lord Jesus Christ that came to earth as a man and died on Calvary's Cross, rose again the third day and ascended into heaven. And WILL come again to judge this wicked an adulteress nation.
Jn 3:16 ~For God so Loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever belivieth in Him should no perish, but have everlasting life.
And when you come to that place where you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior it is a one time deal...there is no loosing your salvation. Once saved always saved! John 10:28 ~ And I gave unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand!
I was saved at 10 years old but as the years rolled by i strayed off that path and eventually turned my back on God. That's what can happen if Gods children don't surround themselves with other believers and ground themselves in Gods word.
If your reading this and have not read my testimony i would suggest you do so, i believe you'll walk away blessed.
This past year i have learned to can, grow a garden, sew, knit and to wait on the Lord. Believe or not that's a lot to cram into one year. I believe that equals out to cramming for an exam. the only difference is that the things that i learned and that the Lord showed me, I will carry and use for the rest of my life.
I have made so many true friends that i will always hold deer.
The families from Brena Baptist that showed me such kindness and that guided and directed me on the right path. Thank you ever so much you all mean the world to me!

And I'm so thankful that the Lord restored my relationships with my brothers and sisters and all the other relatives that i lost touch with while i was out in the world.
